Woman looking out at a Canadian city at sunrise

My story

I did not find myself. I rebuilt her.

I am Zuzana. I was born far from here, in a culture where endurance was a virtue and softness was a risk. I came to Canada as an adult, learned a new language, a new pace, a new way of living — and in the middle of all that noise I finally met myself.

Everything I teach comes from that road, not from a textbook.

  1. Then

A girl who learned to be small

I grew up in a place where feelings were something you swallowed. You worked, you coped, you did not complain. I became very good at being fine. What nobody explained is that everything you do not feel, you store — in your shoulders, your stomach, your sleep, your choices.

  2. The leap

Canada, with a suitcase and no words

I moved to a country where I could not order coffee without rehearsing the sentence first. I studied English at night. I was lonely in a way I had no vocabulary for, in any language. But for the first time nobody knew my old story — and I realised I was allowed to write a new one.

  3. The turn

The day the body said no

Low energy, heaviness, anxiety that arrived before my alarm did. I had rebuilt my outside life and still felt like a stranger inside my own body. That was when I stopped trying to think my way out and started working with my body as a partner instead of a problem.

  4. Now

    Letting go, on purpose

Healing was not one dramatic moment. It was a thousand small choices: naming an emotion instead of numbing it, eating like a woman who loves herself, moving daily, forgiving people who never apologised. Progress asked me to evolve and adapt again and again — and it still does.

  5. Today

    Why I mentor

Because I know what it feels like to believe your best years already happened. They did not. I coach women through exactly what I walked through, so it takes them years less than it took me.

You are far more important than the story that hurt you.
